Internal Student Care Coordinator (Substitute)

The Position

As an internal care coordinator, you are responsible for developing and implementing the care policy of the new school, in close cooperation with the director. You coordinate the execution of this policy and advise the director on appropriate strategies. In addition, you offer guidance and advice to teachers regarding care tasks in the classroom, such as drafting remedial plans and differentiating instruction. You support teachers in implementing appropriate interventions to meet the diverse learning needs of students.

• Are an enthusiastic internal care coordinator who enjoys helping to build the new school.
• Have experience as an internal care coordinator.
• Preferably hold a primary education (PO) teaching qualification.
• Have experience and/or affinity with Islamic education.
• Are a pioneer who is able to provide motivating guidance and coaching.
• Are able to create a safe and positive environment.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Are a true team player.
