Field Account Manager (Horeca)

What exactly will you do?As a field account manager (horeca), you contribute to the success of our restaurant partners by guiding them through their onboarding onto our platform. You are on the road a lot, meeting new people and helping them increase their online visibility. With your social and communication skills, you ensure smooth cooperation and a positive start for our partners. You work independently, in a structured manner, and get energy from building long-term relationships.

Your tasks:

• Visits: visiting restaurants on-site to guide them through their onboarding;
• Explain: clearly explaining our platform and how it can help them grow;
• Guide: supporting new partners in successfully going live on our platform;
• Check: ensuring all data is entered correctly and completely;
• Maintain: ensuring a positive start and good cooperation with new partners.

What we offer you:

• A salary of €19.50 per hour.
• A fixed-term contract with security and stability.
• A workweek of 24 to 40 hours, by choice.

Job requirements:

• MBO 4 working and thinking level.
• You are socially and communicatively skilled.
• You work in a structured and independent manner.
• You have a practical mindset and think in solutions.
• In possession of a driving license B and own transport (not a requirement).
