At Vebego Cleaning Services, a family business with 80 years of experience in cleaning, you get the chance to make a real difference! Do you ensure that various locations in the Rotterdam region always look neat and tidy? As a mobile working cleaning team coach, you contribute to a fresh and inviting environment. You work 30 to 38 hours per week from Monday to Friday. In exceptional cases, you work on weekends. During your work, you regularly contact customers and make them feel welcome in a clean environment.
As a mobile working team coach, you work at various locations in Rotterdam and surroundings (such as Ridderkerk, Spijkenisse, and everything in between). You participate in cleaning and manage colleagues. You are the link between cleaning staff, the customer, and Vebego. You ensure everything runs smoothly on site and actively help.
Your tasks:- You manage and guide cleaning staff;
- You participate in cleaning (such as vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning sanitary facilities);
- You monitor quality and adjust where necessary;
- You have contact with customers and are the point of contact;
- You ensure good planning and overview.
A gross hourly wage of €16.70 and €18.44 per hour (Cleaning and Window Cleaning Collective Agreement).
Company car:So you can drive to your customers and colleagues without worries.
Contract:A temporary contract of 7 months with a view to a permanent contract.
Year-end bonus:A bonus of 5% (after six months of service).
Vacation:8% holiday allowance, 26 vacation days for full-time employment, and an extra day off on your birthday.

Requirements:- You have a good command of the Dutch language;
- You have a category B driver's license;
- You are flexible and enjoy working at different locations;
