As a Recruiter, you are responsible for finding the best candidates for our clients. From posting vacancies to conducting telephone intake interviews and matching candidates with roles. You get the freedom to work independently. And the best part? You can schedule your own working hours as long as you are available for at least 2 evenings and on Saturdays!
Furthermore, your activities consist of:
- Actively recruiting candidates through platforms such as Indeed, Nationale Vacaturebank, Werk.nl, etc.;
- Conducting telephone intake interviews;
- Writing vacancies and managing applicants.
